To change staff behaviour, first by working with the directors on the theory of delivering change, then to transform theory into practice while retaining the confidence of and goodwill of staff.

Increase in market share within one month, repeat business increased by 35% within three months. A happier, more dynamic working environment for rejuvenated and motivated staff.
